Timboon and Simpson Masterplan Mapping

For the Timboon and Simpson Masterplans, CoFutures produced place-based mapping that bridged strategic planning and urban design. Using GIS base mapping combined with illustrative overlays, we developed diagrams that explored land use, movement, public realm and built form options. The maps supported collaborative testing of ideas and were refined into publication-quality graphics for inclusion in the final masterplan documents.
